hi, i’m ansleythe bookkeeper who actually gets your world.
I grew up watching my parents run their own company — Arrow Waste — and from them I learned something that no accounting class could teach: small business owners carry something most people don't see. The late nights, the personal risk, the deep belief that what they're building matters. I've had a reverence for entrepreneurs ever since.
on the name“Flecha” means arrow in Spanish. It’s a nod to my family’s company, to a life-changing year I spent in Mexico, and to what bookkeeping actually is — clarity, direction, and a path forward.
Master’s in Accounting
4 Years industry experience
QuickBooks Online Certified
I have a Master's in Accounting and spent four years in corporate finance working as a bookkeeper, audit associate, and fund accountant. I know the technical side deeply. But what drew me to start Flecha was something more personal: I love the spiritual, wellness, and personal development world. I practice yoga. I surf. I've lived nomadically across San Diego, Mexico, and Charleston before landing in the Colorado mountains — and everywhere I've gone, I've been drawn to the healers, coaches, and practitioners who are quietly doing extraordinary work.
These are people with a real gift. And they shouldn't be losing hours of their life to reconciling bank statements or dreading tax season. That's where I come in. I keep my work intentional — I actually know your business, not just your transactions — and I bring the same care to your numbers that you bring to your clients.
